Here's how it works:
"a liquid is heated up into a gas, and is applied to the gadget in a vacuum. The gas reforms and bonds on the gadget surfaces as a deposit. But that's as far as Martin would explain, because of patents that h...read more

Palm has officially launched the Treo 800w on Sprint and we've got some impressions. We'll provide a full review later.
Our initial impressions are that the Treo 800w is a nice upgrade to the previous Treo models but with some drawbacks. It feels small in your hand and feels much lighter to carry. The display is sharp, the processor is speedy and it works very well for email. We're really happy that the microphone is now on the face of the device, but in our tests the Treo still has loads o...read more

Palm has announced that its MyPalm online portal for Treo and Centro owners will close on September 1st, 2008. No reason for the closure was given. It is probably just a cost-cutting move as Palm has not been doing well as of late, although how much would they really save by cutting this web site?
If you use MyPalm.com you've got another month and a half to enjoy it and then it's gone. Check the link below for the particulars.
